On January 12, 2004, ABX Air, Inc. (“ABX”) announced than John D. Geary, a former transportation industry executive, and Jeffrey J. Vorholt, a financial expert, have been elected to fill two vacancies on the company’s Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
