(b) | On May 12, 2013, Mr. Keith Darragh, the Company’s Vice President of Finance, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, indicated his intention to leave the Company to pursue other opportunities, effective May 17, 2013. The Company has initiated a search for a replacement. Mr. Darragh’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its auditors over accounting principles or practices, financial statements, or other matters. |
