On February 12, 2008, the Company issued a News Release containing financial results of the Company (the “News Release”) and a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company (“Quarterly Supplement”) for the three-months and year ended December 31, 2007. A Copy of the News Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, a copy of the Quarterly Financial Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and a copy of the Property List is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
