On March 10, 2014, DDR Corp. (“DDR”) issued a press release describing certain transactions involving its interest in a joint venture, which joint venture owns an equity interest in Sonae Sierra Brasil, S.A. (IBOVESPA: SSBR3). A copy of DDR’s press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
