On September 11, 2014, DDR Corp., an Ohio corporation, announced that Daniel B. Hurwitz, its Chief Executive Officer, and its Board of Directors have agreed not to renew Mr. Hurwitz’s employment agreement, which expires December 31, 2015. It is anticipated that Mr. Hurwitz will remain Chief Executive Officer through 2015.
