Item 1.01Entry into Material Definitive Agreement
Amendment to Terms Documents. On March 31, 2008, Discover Card Execution Note Trust entered into an amendment of the terms documents for the Class B(2007-1) DiscoverSeries Notes and the Class C(2007-1) DiscoverSeries Notes, as well as two privately issued tranches, between Discover Card Execution Note Trust, as Issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee to correct the Accumulation Commencement Date.
