| Due to unanticipated delays in the collection and compilation of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-QSB and in the completion of the drafting of the Form 10-QSB for filing, the Registrant is unable to file its Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2008 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort and expense. |
