Item 8.01 - Other Events.
On July 1, 2021, AZZ Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized a fiscal year 2022 first quarter cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on August 3, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 20, 2021.
