Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 25, 2022, AZZ Inc., a Texas corporation (the "Company"), utilized certain slides to discuss a potential transaction with debt investors. A copy of such slides are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On April 25, 2022, the Company issued a press release relating to the financing of the previously announced acquisition of Sequa's Precoat Metals business division. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
