Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously reported, on January 15, 2016 the Company received gross proceeds of $10,265,065.85 in connection with a private placement of its securities. After giving effect to the receipt of those proceeds, the Company’s stockholders’ equity is in excess of the equity standard required for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market as of the date hereof.
The Company expects to receive additional proceeds from a second closing of the financing during the first half of 2016.
