On February 22, 2011, Chesapeake Energy Corporation issued a press release reporting its financial and operational results for the 2010 fourth quarter and 2010 full year and providing an updated outlook for 2011 and 2012. The press release also provided information for accessing a related conference call. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
