Tufco Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) regrets to report that Madge J. Joplin, our Vice President, Sales and Operations for the Business Imaging segment since 1998, died on March 1, 2008. Ms. Joplin had been with the Company and its predecessors since 1965. The Company is currently seeking a replacement for the position of Vice President, Sales and Operations for the Business Imaging segment.
