msystems Increases First Quarter 2006 Guidance

KFAR SABA, ISRAEL-April 5, 2006 - msystems(TM) (NASDAQ:FLSH) today announced that the Company expects revenues for the first quarter of 2006 to exceed the upper limit of its previous guidance of $140 to $170 million. Additionally, the Company expects pro-forma earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, calculated excluding amortization of stock-based compensation, to exceed 16 cents. EPS for the quarter calculated in accordance with GAAP is expected to exceed 10 cents, and the effect of the amortization of the stock-based compensation to be approximately 6 cents.
The Company plans to release its first quarter results on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, during pre-market hours. Following the earnings announcement, management will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The call will be available live on the Internet at www.m-systems.com and www.kcsa.com. Following the call, the webcast will be archived for a period of 90 days. A replay of the call will also be available. Details on accessing the replay will be provided with the earnings announcement.
