On October 3, 2022, Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (referred to herein as “we,” “us,” and “our”) issued a press release announcing that we are in the process of undertaking an initial assessment of the impact of Hurricane Ian on our Florida properties and North Carolina and South Carolina coastal properties. A copy of the press release is filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference herein.
