On August 29, 2018, Amedisys, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has made a minority equity investment in Medalogix, a Nashville, Tennessee based home health and hospice predictive modeling and analytics company, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K.
