The shares awarded are subject to service-based vesting conditions as follows: 33.33% of the total shares granted will vest on April 1, 2016, 33.33% of the total shares granted will vest on April 1, 2017 and 33.33% of the total shares granted will vest on April 1, 2018, provided that the reporting person remains continuously employed by the issuer through each such date.
