(b) On June 17, 2008, Mr. Bradford Richardson, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific, notified the Company of his resignation, effective June 30, 2008, to pursue another career opportunity.

On June 18, 2008, the Company issued a press release that included the announcement of Bradford Richardson’s resignation as Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific to pursue another career opportunity.
