ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
The Company has appointed Stefan Parker the acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company on an interim basis, effective July 9, 2007. Mr. Parker will serve in this capacity during the search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer. The Company previously reported in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on June 19, 2007, that Keith E. Palmer was resigning as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer.
Mr. Parker joined the Company in 2005 as the Company’s Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Parker spent four years with Mechanical Technology, Inc. as Accounting Manager. Mr. Parker obtained his bachelors degree in finance from Siena College.
