Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 28, 2016, following the previously announced resignation of Judd P. Tirnauer as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Destination Maternity Corporation (the “Company”) the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Anthony M. Romano as interim Chief Financial Officer, to serve until such time as a permanent replacement can be found. Mr. Romano currently serves the Company as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Romano’s business biography is set forth in Item 1 of the Company’s Form 10-K, filed on April 14, 2016.
