Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 12, 2009, Repros Therapeutics Inc. announced the results of its recently completed U.S. Phase 2 Proellex endometriosis trial. These results will be used as the basis for a request for an “End of Phase II Meeting” with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
