Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 4, 2005, Chico’s FAS, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing sales results of the Company’s operations for the month of July. In addition, the Company commented on its earnings outlook for the second quarter ended July 30, 2005.
