On March 6, 2023, Amarin Corporation plc (the “Company”) announced that Adam Berger, Erin Enright, Geraldine Murphy, Kristine Peterson, Dr. Murray Stewart, Jan van Heek and Alfonso “Chito” Zulueta (the “Departing Directors”) notified the Company of their decision to resign as directors of the Company, effective immediately. The resignations did not result from any disagreements with the Company with respect to its operations, policies or practices.

On March 6, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the resignation of the Departing Directors, which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
