* On September 30, ATA filed a draft plan of reorganization and a draft disclosure statement with the court. ATA expects to modify these filings as it completes its capital-raising efforts and finalizes its business plan.

* ATA’s flight deck crewmembers ratified a new three year agreement that will provide for wage, work rule and benefit concessions. ATA and Southwest Airlines agreed to the Seventh Amendment to the DIP Facility, modifying certain covenants to the DIP Facility.
