* ATA executed a commitment letter with Matlin Patterson Global Opportunities Partners II, L.P. for debtor in possession and exit financing. ATA sold the assets of two of its subsidiaries: Ambassadair Travel Club and Amber Travel, a retail travel agency. ATA’s flight attendants ratified a new contract that included cost savings.
