The Company’s executive officers will be eligible for awards under the shareholder-approved CDW Senior Management Incentive Plan in 2007 (the “2007 SMIP Awards”). On January 24, 2007, the Compensation and Stock Option Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Company’s Board of Directors finalized the corporate performance measures that will be used for the 2007 SMIP Award program. The measures chosen by the Committee for this purpose were net income and operating income.
