Riviera Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on June 25, 2009, which announced that trading of its common stock on the NYSE AMEX LLC was suspended as of the close of trading on June 25, 2009. Effective June 26, 2009, the Company’s common stock will be available for quotation on the Pink OTC Markets, Inc. (the “Pink Sheets”) under the symbol “RVHL”.
