On May 25, 2007, Perry Ellis International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of George Pita, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Thomas D’Ambrosio, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, who is 46, will be the interim Chief Financial Officer.
