On March 18, 2011, Perry Ellis International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to its results for the fiscal year ended January 29, 2011 and its guidance for the fiscal year ending January 28, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
