On May 14, 2015, Perry Ellis International, Inc. issued a press release relating to its results for the first quarter ended May 2, 2015 and its guidance for the fiscal year ending January 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
