Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 11, 2006, we issued a press release announcing that Patrick J. Forde has retired from his positions as President, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of our company, effective June 30th, 2006 and that Egbert van Everdingen, Executive Vice President of the Company, has been elected by the Board as Mr. Forde's successor. In addition, the Board of Directors has elected Mr. van Everdingen to the Board and he will serve as Secretary-Treasurer. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
