On July 16, 2012, N-Viro International Corporation issued an information release regarding the renewal of its domestic wastewater facility permit from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Florida N-Viro L.P., for a five year term. The information release has been attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
