On November 6, 2012, N-Viro International Corporation issued an information release regarding the entry into a Joint Development Agreement with Hong Heng Energy (HK) Co., LTD, headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian, China. The information release has been attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
