Effective September 8, 2015, David Jaeger, who previously served as Vice President Sales & Business Development and Managing Director of Casting & Machining of Shiloh Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), will focus his full attention on the Company’s CastLight brand as Managing Director of CastLight. Effective the same day, Scott Borovich joined the Company in the role of Vice President, Sales & Program Management. In this role, Mr. Borovich will lead the Company’s sales, business development and program management teams globally.
