On April 7, 2010, Dr. Gregory Rubin resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yasheng Eco-Trade Corporation (the “Company”). There is no disagreement known to any executive officer of the Company between the Company and Dr. Rubin on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. As Dr. Rubin was the catalyst for the proposed transaction with Yasheng Group, the Company is presently seeking to add additional officers or directors to assist in implementing the Company’s strategy of developing a logistics center.
