1. 60 of the shares disposed on February 4, 2019 resulted in a matchable transaction to the purchase of shares on November 2, 2018. The deemed profits of $15,386.80 on this matchable transaction were remitted to the Company on February 6, 2019.

2. Stock options granted under the NVR, Inc. 2014 Equity Incentive Plan vest in 25% increments on 12/31/16, 12/31/17, 12/31/18 and 12/31/19.
