CAMDEN PROPERTY TRUST ANNOUNCES
CLOSING OF COMMON SHARE OFFERING
Houston, TEXAS (May 11, 2009) — Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) today announced the closing of a public offering of 10,350,000 common shares at a price of $27.50 per share, which includes 1,350,000 shares issued as a result of the underwriters’ exercise of their over-allotment option in full at the closing. The company received approximately $272.3 million in net proceeds from the offering after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated expenses of the offering. Merrill Lynch & Co. and J.P. Morgan acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
