Explanation of Responses:

1. The Form 4, as originally filed, inadvertently reported the Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction (Table 1, Column 5) through the William S. Boyd Gaming Properties Trust as 13,979,224. The correct Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following Reported Transaction through The William S. Boyd Gaming Properties Trust is 9,966,224, as reported in the instant Form 4/A. The Form 4, as originally filed, did not report any shares of common stock held through the WSB SS Irrevocable Trust. On March 14, 2023, The William S. Boyd Gaming Properties Trust transferred an interest in 4,004,000 shares of common stock to The WSB SS Irrevocable Trust, changing the form of Mr. Boyd's ownership of such shares. Such holding is reflected in the instant Form 4/A.
