Organization Boyd Gaming Corporation (and together with its subsidiaries, the "Company," "Boyd," "Boyd Gaming," "we" or "us") was incorporated in the state of Nevada in 1988 1975. We are a geographically diversified operator of 29 wholly owned gaming entertainment properties. Headquartered in Las Vegas, we have gaming operations in Nevada, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
