SIOUX FALLS, S.D., November 16, 2023 - Pathward Financial, Inc. ("Pathward Financial" or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the first fiscal quarter of 2024. This dividend will be payable on January 2, 2024 to shareholders of record as of December 12, 2023.

At September 30, 2023, the Company had total assets of $7.54 billion and shareholders’ equity of $650.6 million.
