SIOUX FALLS, S.D., May 9, 2024 - Pathward Financial, Inc. ("Pathward Financial" or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CASH) announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the third fiscal quarter of 2024. This dividend will be payable on July 1, 2024 to shareholders of record as of June 11, 2024.

At March 31, 2024, the Company had total assets of $7.44 billion and shareholders’ equity of $739.5 million.
