On January 29, 2021, the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of ARCA biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the following cash bonuses for the Company’s principal executive officer, the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer and each of the Company’s “named executive officers” (as defined in Item 402(a)(3) of Regulation S-K promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended), in the amounts set forth below, payable in the first quarter of 2021):
