Explanation of Responses:

1. The Employee Stock Option vests in eight (8) equal increments semi-annually over four (4) years from the date of grant, which was February 27, 2013.

2. 25% of the Employee Stock Option vested immediately on the date of grant, which was May 30, 2014, and the balance of the Employee Stock Option vests in 36 equal monthly installments over the three year period following the date of grant.

3. 25% of the Employee Stock Option vested immediately on the date of grant, which was May 28, 2015, and the balance of the Employee Stock Option vests in 36 equal monthly installments over the three year period following the date of grant.
