On March 2, 2010, the Board of Directors of Aetrium Incorporated elected Charles B. Westling and John J. Pollock to serve as directors of the Company. Mr. Westling will also serve as a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. In connection with his election as a director, Mr. Westling was granted options for 30,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, to vest monthly over four years and to expire in five years, at an exercise price of $2.815 per share, the fair market value of the shares at the time of grant.
