| Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On July 2, 2018, EdgeBuilder, Inc. and Glenbrook Building Supply, Inc. (the “Borrowers”), wholly-owned subsidiaries of ATRM Holdings, Inc., entered into an agreement extending the maturity date under their Revolving Credit Loan Agreement with Premier Bank dated as of June 30, 2017 (the “Premier Loan Agreement”), providing the Borrowers with a working capital line of credit of up to $3,000,000, from June 30, 2018 to February 1, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the original Premier Loan Agreement remain the same.
