Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On April 24, 2007, we increased the authorized number of shares of our common stock from 50,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares, par value of $0.001 per share and altered our authorized share capital to authorize the issuance of up to 100,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value of $0.001 per share (the "Preferred Shares"), for which the Board of Directors may fix and determine the designations, rights, preferences or other variations of each class or series within each class of the Preferred Shares.
The increase in the authorized capital was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada on April 24, 2007.
