ITEM 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 22, 2004, NB&T Financial Group, Inc., announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003, reporting earnings of $66,000 for the quarter and $4.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2003. A copy of the press release is included herein as Exhibit 99.1
