On January 23, 2018, the Corporation issued a press release stating that it and members of management of Champion Enterprises Holdings, LLC will host a conference call to discuss the previously announced share contribution and exchange transaction. The conference call is scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 9:00 am Eastern Time.
