Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company reported its estimate of losses attributable to the October 2007 California wildfires. The Company estimates net pre-tax losses to be approximately $7.5 million. The estimated reduction of fourth quarter net income as a result of these wildfires is $4.9 million ($0.07 per diluted share).
