On July 2, 2007, ONEOK Partners issued a news release announcing it has agreed to acquire an interstate natural gas liquids (NGL) and refined petroleum products pipeline system and related assets from a subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. for approximately $300 million. The system extends from Bushton and Conway, Kansas, to Chicago, Illinois, and transports, stores and delivers a full range of NGL and refined petroleum products. Closing of the transactions is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2007. A conference call will be held on July 2, 2007 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10:30 am Central Daylight Time) to discuss the transactions.
