Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On May 26, 2006, as reported in our press release issued on May 30, 2006 and included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report, Robert J. Nikl, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, notified us that he is leaving the company as of June 19, 2006. Mr. Nikl intends to remain an employee of the company through that date in order to assist completion of certain projects. His existing employment agreement, included as an exhibit to our Form 8-K filed on September 24, 2004, and his change-in-control agreement, included as an exhibit to our Form 10-K filed June 29, 2005, are deemed terminated in conjunction with his employment.
